Nicola Thompson in sales was friendly very professional and found exactly what I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble. Top girl. Also Luke, too in Handover was amazing in his knowledge and technical skills. Very impressed with both.

Would have been five star as the staff were great. But we did receive some wrong information re how to set alarm, the sat nav system (wasn't working but we were told it would sort itself when it got a signal .. It didn't had to come back in),etc

Both Rod and Tom were fab, they made the whole car collection a special even completing the paperwork. As mentioned above Tom was brilliant even with my other half who is a bit of a technophobe so he was a bit concerned about the tech.

Sorry. But having been "Tourer" fans for distance and "Mini" for local for many years, we chaged up to iX3 and i3 for access reasons. Former being too low. Bitterly disappointed to be supplied with a (beautiful) 1 series courtesy. Totally unsuitable.

Booked in for a MOT and recall on driver airbag. My car was looked after thoughout, I was kept informed during my wait. My car was washed.

I had an MOT test done on my car, the test inspector spotted a minor issue with a battery vent tube. He then fixed this issue at no extra charge.

LLoyds South Lakes on this occasion exceeded even their usual high standards. Excellent team effort from start to completion, notably from Steve and Scott New (to me) confirm booking App T&C inexplicably in LATIN - weird.
