The actual work on the car was fine thank you. We were led to believe that we would get a video relating the the condition of the car, still waiting. There was no written details of the service or cost! Why? Parking at S.L. Lloyd is dismal. No room!

Satisfied as to the sales process, not quite as good on day of picking up vehicle. I was delayed and this caused a bit of rearranging. Items promised as in a full tank of diesel and a hat, at least, were not delivered on the day.
