I am completely satisfied with South Lakes. My dissatisfaction relates the the BMW app. Having had 4 new tyres fitted, my App is telling me to schedule a service visit for tyre wear even though South Lakes have checked the tyre data uploaded corectly

The first time I drove my car was at night and the windscreen was covered in window cleaning solution, that made it difficult to see. I do appreciate the clean, but please complete the job.

I was unhappy at being charged £25 for changing an 81p fuse when the car was in for a routine service under a service plan. Car also still under warranty.. Very bad PR.
