Over the years I have found the staff at BMW Grange over Sands to be helpful and all the signs of a happy team. When one enters the showroom the staff invariably speak / chat to you and ensure you are dealt with depending on your requirements.

The salesman ensured that all the variables we wanted to consider were available to see or test on other vehicles prior to purchase. We had a good trade in price. Our car was delayed, the dealership sorted a courtesy car during the extended period.

Lloyds were good but we were disappointed with BMW as having looked forward to receiving our car on the Friday we had to come back again on Saturday because some software upgrade meant they could not tax the car.

Harry is patient, not your usual pushy sales person & someone I trust to do the right thing for the customer. The managers are excellent and seem to really care too. The only aspect that needs improvement is the internal valet - smears&disappointing.
