Excellent experience from a great group. I would never use another bmw garage again, given other experiences with different bmw centres. Lloyd south lakes were outstanding in every area

LLoyds South Lakes is a brilliant Centre and our Salesperson who we have dealt with for many years is so trustworthy, we wouldn't deal with anyone else. We were updated in a timely way about the delivery time and collection.

The staff were very helpful - our only issue was the lack of notification by BMW of the changes to the 'M Sport Pro Pack' between the time of specification and build slot.

The hand over was good. But If totally honest I wasn't over impressed with how clean the car was. I would off expected the car to be absolutely spotless and not smear marks etc.

Thorough, professional, honest, robust workmanship. I especially like the video produced by the technician showing my tyres, brakes, suspension - I know how safe my car is and when to expect to replace parts.

Customer advisers are brilliant but workshop staff failed to reconnect dashcam despite it being on job sheet - and failed to put driver's seat back to original setting. These are both systemic failures which Lloyd South Lakes should eradicate.

A service date was arranged within a short timescale. The car was washed and cleaned. I received a text message update on the service outcome which was very welcome. The written service report is not very clear and would benefit from being reworded.

Throughout, I had really good treatment. Felt like the staff actually care about me and my car. Gareth the technician went out of his way to fault find. The repair he identified has solved the problem. All other matters were sorted without problem.

I am completely satisfied with South Lakes. My dissatisfaction relates the the BMW app. Having had 4 new tyres fitted, my App is telling me to schedule a service visit for tyre wear even though South Lakes have checked the tyre data uploaded corectly

The first time I drove my car was at night and the windscreen was covered in window cleaning solution, that made it difficult to see. I do appreciate the clean, but please complete the job.
