Due to the requirement to complete a recall fix as well as a brake fluid service BMW offered to collect my car and return it at the end of the working day. This was extremely convenient

corona virus meant no courtesy car, no valet and I had to have a lift home and back again after service to collect car. The waiting area was so basic and not a place one would wish to be for more than 10 min.

Car was checked over and I was told that I would need to return it and the four tyres would be replaced. I WAS made aware that there could be a cost and it would be 20 per cent of one of the tyres. I found this rather bizarre as all four tyres
