They confirmed my suspicions of fault, however, I found their price to costly for the prognosis, BMW cost to replace the item was £276, I purchased similar item on line, £76 fitted myself in 5 minutes, job done
The car always comes out clean and tidy
Intermittent Fault - diagnosed, repair authorised under warranty, and solved at ultra short notice in a highly polite and comfortable complex.
The only problem was the temporary seating area which was a bit cramped but I realise this is due to refurb work.
I brought my new 1 series in due to an issue with the satnav (giving no spoken instructions), the issue isn't fixed yet however, I have a date to bring the car back in this week to hopefully resolve the issue.
I was very unhappy in the performance of the tyres on this car 16k mileage is not good enough.
You have to book weeks in advance, the technicians charge out rate for an oil change of +£100/hour doesn't feel great value. There are no courtesy cars available. The rattle on the rear door still rattles after being told it was fixed is annoying
Staff were excellent. Technician came out to explain the issue with the car. Job done with a nice clean car after.

The refurbishment of the facilities is taking far too long, the dealership is not a pleasant environment. The rattle reported from the roof is still present, I'm currently deciding on possibilities to change my car probably to a different make

My car was taken in on the Friday and ready for the Tuesday , washed and hovered also running like a dream .
Kept informed at all stages.
I was very happy with the service I got, they picked my winter wheels up and put them on my car then brought my summer wheels back fully cleaned. They even cleaned my car. Excellent.
No issues afterwards.
Minor faults were fixed, and car loan was extended to accommodate the one-day delay in acquiring a part.
Apart from some inevitable possible miscalculations on costs of things...I can't fault you!
The people I talked to were helpful and clearly trying to sort the fault. However, we had to call service team for updates, rather than them calling us. One point of contact would have been better - save me bringing several people up to speed.

The service experience was great, they washed and cleaned the car and provided a courtesy car, the work was done to a high standard. My only issue is that I raised my concerns above, one of the service team said they would get back to me but didn't.
Lloyds are all about the customer experience and I always feel like they value their loyal customers.
The car was collected,serviced & returned without problem.
Again I would prefer to await the outcome of the aforementioned dispute which may alter my rating
Booked in on time and completed on time. They even fixed the slight door misalignment on the drivers side for free which was extremely appreciated and unexpected.
Collected car from home. Rang to explain what was need to be done. Replaced part on car, did not charge as they did it under goodwill as part had previously been replaced & shouldn't have needed replacing due to low mileage
Apart from the loan car everything was fine.
At the time of ordering I was told the car would be available in October. It was actually not available until the very end of Nov. I think a delivery date should either be binding, or it should be made clear that it is provisional. Happy otherwise.
