We were on holiday & I needed the EGR valve replacing to give me confidence to continue our hols. Deborah Mallinson moved heaven & earth to fit my car into their workshop for the 2hr job. It was nice to see that the service centre had a stock part.

Really easy to get the car booked in, even in the current pandemic. A courtesy car was available as I live a long way from the dealer. The car was available at the specified time and the outside had been power washed.
