As a frequent motorway commuter throughout the UK, knowing that my vehicle has received a service from Lloyds BMW is not only comforting but also reassuring that I can be safe as I drive.
Unable to respond to initial problem at local garage so BMW Emergency called and then had to wait 3-4 weeks for appointment at garage for software update.

Punctual and customer focussed
The job was done with minimal fuss considering my previous comments, the parts delivery and the breakage where out of Lloyds control, as I previously said the shortened MOT was a little annoying.
My car has run flats and when I got a puncture was told that I would have to wait 4 weeks to get it repaired/replaced! I thenasked to be put through to the sales manager and he came back to me after arranging the next day, which I was very grateful.

If we have had to wait in there lounge while work has to to be carried out on the car the coffee is good. If we have had to drop the car off and collect later, we have been given the choice of a courtesy car or a lift home and back

Once the above was solved, everything was tops
My car was due an MOT test. A blister was found on one of the tyres so a replacement was necessary. The tyre needed was not in stock and I was given a complimentary vehicle until the replacement tyre was obtained and fitted. Great service.

As previous answer I knew what I wanted and what specs, the sales team did everything they could to ensure they found me a brand new car as close to the spec I wanted, and in some areas exceeded what I wanted
The sales adviser managed to find me the the perfect car - even better than the one I handed back!
Getting to the final point was abit up and down as we couldnt find an Estoril blue car , so I put a deposit on a grey car but that wasnt available and then they found a blue one for me, nature of the offer at present I would guess.

Very satisfied other than car condition on handover as explained below. There was polish residue and the interior cills had been sprayed with a trim restorer/protector which was greasy and just needed the residue wiping back. Id have liked to see
