My car was taken in on the Friday and ready for the Tuesday , washed and hovered also running like a dream .
Kept informed at all stages.
I was very happy with the service I got, they picked my winter wheels up and put them on my car then brought my summer wheels back fully cleaned. They even cleaned my car. Excellent.
Apart from some inevitable possible miscalculations on costs of things...I can't fault you!
Minor faults were fixed, and car loan was extended to accommodate the one-day delay in acquiring a part.
No issues afterwards.
The people I talked to were helpful and clearly trying to sort the fault. However, we had to call service team for updates, rather than them calling us. One point of contact would have been better - save me bringing several people up to speed.

The service experience was great, they washed and cleaned the car and provided a courtesy car, the work was done to a high standard. My only issue is that I raised my concerns above, one of the service team said they would get back to me but didn't.
The car was collected,serviced & returned without problem.

Lloyds are all about the customer experience and I always feel like they value their loyal customers.
Again I would prefer to await the outcome of the aforementioned dispute which may alter my rating
Booked in on time and completed on time. They even fixed the slight door misalignment on the drivers side for free which was extremely appreciated and unexpected.
Collected car from home. Rang to explain what was need to be done. Replaced part on car, did not charge as they did it under goodwill as part had previously been replaced & shouldn't have needed replacing due to low mileage

The fault was found, diagnosed and repaired well so all is good. Motability support not so good.
They have 'a can do' attitude to any task they do for you.
Difficult to park on arriving and when I finally found a space, told I couldn't use it and to move somewhere else. Car not valeted on my return to collect.
Prior to service date, the aerial map view enabled quick, correct parking. Fast, friendly check in. Comfortable and warm waiting lounge room, - extremely well facilitated. Mid service call to check authority for extra issue. Wash & vac, appreciated.

The staff I interacted with in the service department at South Lakes were very polite and helpful.
Everything carried out to time and car returned in good condition. I could even speak with the technician who carried out the work to clarify a technical point.

The service was excellent. I thought I would need to book a further appointment to get the problem fixed but the team were able to fix it while I waited and the complementary WiFi meant that I could get on with my work in the meantime.

Problem was a slow puncture which was dealt with expeditiously.
Historically the service is good. However on my visit on the 26th of July the service was not up to scratch. The agreed work for the day was not completed although the car was delivered at 8.15. This I believe was because I had A courtesy car.
A 2 hour job took 9 hours and car was not valetted We discovered two small scratches on the car when we got home Bad organisation When warranty runs we will not use the BMW Lloyds again which after using it for 6 years is sad.
The actual services which I believe are usually carried out by Steve have always been excellent, so I cannot fault the car servicing itself. However, trying to book our cars in for a service or for an emergency service has always been a nightmare!

A six week wait for a service was a pain with having to switch off the alerts every time I got in the car, so multiple times a day. It also meant other important information was not obvious as I always had multiple notifications. It is a pleasure not
I was advised to wait when actually I'd probably have been better leaving and coming back later *but* that's a very minor point.

I have always dealt with Lloyd South Lakes (formally Bateman's) and indeed the same salesman John Bond, over a period of 20+ years. I have confidence that they will do what they promise.

Before placing the order John responded quickly to our queries and arranged a number of test drives without being pushy. Explained everything and held our hands throughout the process and kept us informed of progress between order and delivery.
