Car was not ready in the time estimated. We had to leave it after waiting 2 hours over the time and go home on the bus. Unfortunately when we returned by bus the following day at 12 noon the car still wasn't ready as it was waiting to be cleaned

Everyone looked after us perfectly
Apart from the wrong oil filter being sent, which was not Lloyds fault, and meant an extra journey the following day, all went well.
It was almost perfect but nobody explained to me exactly why it was being taken back in other than a safety check on the air conditioning. Even on collection I had to ask for more details as to why you wanted it back and what you had done

I booked my car in for its first service, a one hour while you wait service without wash and vac, and it took one hour. The time passed quickly I had a coffee talked to sales staff and watched three classic BMWs being loaded onto a transport trailer.
They appear to be continuing to provide the same service & customer approach to Bateman's with whom I was a client for over 20 years.

We're unable to fix my issue as they needed to order new parts. Having stated the problem prior to the visit I would have expected the part to be there ready for fitting.

The service, cleaning of my car and Coffee were excellent. However I was disturbed to see the quite lengthy running of car engines and moving cars around inside whilst customers were seated. In one case a child in arms was within feet of an exhaust

There was some misunderstanding about the cost of a satnav upgrade. I got a price via email, but this turned out to be for another model. Also, price for new tyres seemed very high and the flash drive for the satnav upgrade has not turned up yet.
The staff on the service desk who dealt with me were very helpful and took time to explain everything
my stay turned out to be 1.5 hrs longer than informed. i do not know if this was due to the work not being started on time although i was 10 mins early or the work undertaken more complicated.The coffee and reception excellent.

The appointment suited my working hours, I was provided with a courtesy car to keep me mobile and was kept informed with what was happening!
Dealt with the problem promptly and courteously. Despite a 180 mile round trip, it is much pleasanter driving to Cumbria knowing that you are unlikely to be confronted with traffic problems and that you will be assured of a parking space on arrival
The service centre had a courtesy car waiting for me when I arrived and kept me informed of progress on my vehicle.
The centre quickly diagnosed where the water leak was and kept me informed of the progress they were making. They allowed me to keep their car for an extra day to ensure all the carpets and insulation that had become wet to be dried out completely.
